Through skilled and strategic mentorship, the Boys' Network programme helps students to build a strong foundation for their future by helping them to develop and practice skills now. Schools can help students to invest in their personal development, enabling them to unlock new abilities and acquire expertise ready for the world of work whilst working towards achieving Gatsby Benchmarks 3,4,5 & 8.
With mentors serving as influential guides, The Boys’ Network explores 10 topics that prepare and impact students by combining real-world expertise and first-hand experiences, so that students gain invaluable insights into the realities of the world of work.
100% of Senior Leadership Teams saw an increase in the confidence of their students through The Boys’ Network.
88% of participating Senior Leadership Teams stated this increase in confidence was seen in most or all of their students.
