Young people today face enormous uncertainty, particularly when it comes to their future. There is an increasing gap between education and the work place and students often leave school feeling unprepared and lacking confidence to take the next step.
We believe, with the right investment, all young people can thrive and make a positive impact in society... and have a bright future!
M10 have created a series of programmes to practically invest in young people and provide them with the information and tools that they need to feel confident to take their next steps into their chosen future.
Our transformative careers guidance delivers from both professional and real life experience. We recruit professionals from a range of industries to help deliver workshops and offer mentoring that compliments the careers guidance delivered by schools.
Providing mentoring, coaching support and activities which develops students' skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
Supporting schools as they adapt to the needs of individuals who may struggle in the mainstream setting or need additional guidance to help them thrive; we provide bespoke mentoring and coaching to improve life and career opportunities.

M10 Missions is about transforming the lives of young people whilst extending a service of love to those living in extreme poverty. We take groups on the trip of a lifetime to give them an experience they will always remember.
We travel 5000 miles to Ensenada, Mexico to work alongside Christian organisation YWAM, supporting a range of projects. The trip is a transformational experience, offering an authentic life-changing adventure for volunteers who want to make a difference.
